Exchange and return

RETURN OF GOODS:

You can return/exchange the goods within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order if:

- the protective seal on the tag of your clothes has not been broken;

- the items were not in use;

- the original packaging, labels, and payment receipt have been preserved.

After receiving and checking the goods, the cost will be refunded within 14 business banking days. You will be refunded the full purchase price, excluding shipping costs. Bunny Boutique does not cover shipping costs for returns!
