Payment and delivery

Terms of delivery:

IN UKRAINE:

- by the delivery service "Nova Poshta" to the specified branch at your request or to the specified address by the courier of the delivery service "Nova Poshta" and paid by the buyer upon receipt at the carrier's rates;

- delivery time is 3-5 business days from the date of ordering;

- orders are dispatched after 15:00 every day except Sunday;

- the invoice number is reported by the carrier "Nova Poshta" after shipment from the warehouse;

Please note! The storage period for parcels at Nova Poshta is 5 days, after which there will be an automatic return (according to the agreement with Nova Poshta)

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:

- we deliver goods all over the world, except for Russia and Belarus!

- we work with the international postal service "Ukrposhta"

- orders are dispatched from Monday to Friday (delivery time is up to 14 business days). Our store is not responsible for the delay of goods at the border!

- each order is individual, so the cost of delivery is calculated based on the size, weight and destination. 

- customs duties are NOT included in the price for international delivery and are paid by the recipient in accordance with the laws of his country.
